Ziegler Tire

When brothers Oliver and Harold Ziegler got into the tire business in downtown Canton, OH in 1919, they routinely worked through the night to meet the needs of their customers. Keeping with this tradition, Ziegler Tire has continually strived to provide the best customer service in the industry. Whether a fleet of one or one hundred, every customer is vitally important to Ziegler Tire.

For three generations, family members and their extended family of associates have helped build the business from a small independent tire dealership to 23 thriving locations.

It is listed at 851 N Broadway, Lexington, KY 40508, which places it among the local businesses of Lexington that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
